Guarantee:
1) We carefully select only high quality apparel that we believe you will love. In case you don't, or if the size is wrong, all items carry a 30 day money back guarantee, for credit (to your credit card) or exchange, on the cost of the merchandise. Items must be returned unworn, in original condition.
2) We guarantee to ship your order no later than the next business day after you place the order. If we don't, we will refund you the freight charge on your order. Usually, all orders received by 2pm Pacific Time are shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will ship Saturday if they are Priority Mail, or Monday for UPS. Orders received after 2pm Saturday will ship Monday.
This guarantee does not apply if we have to contact you for information that is missing from your order. In the very unlikely event that an item you order is not in stock, we will notify you within 24 hours via telephone or email
Payments
You may pay for your order with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card, as well as by check, money order or wire transfer. Orders may be made via our web site, or by phone at 1-877-262-8291
Shipping:
We ship most orders by Priority Mail. Shipping charges are $4.95 for orders under $100. Priority Mail shipping is free on order of $100 or more. Priority Mail is a 2 or 3 day service to most US addresses, but is not guaranteed and may take longer. We occasionally ship via UPS to addresses where UPS provides quicker service.
Expedited shipping:
For guaranteed shipping times, UPS 2Day ($9.95) and Overnight($19.95) are always available. Orders placed before 2pm Pacific time M-F will ship the same day.
About UPS: UPS does not count weekend days or holidays. A UPS Overnight order placed on Friday will be delivered Monday. Likewise, a UPS 2Day order placed Thursday will be delivered on Monday, and a 2Day order placed on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. We can arrange for Saturday delivery of Overnight shipments placed on Friday, there is an extra charge of $10, and you must call us toll free at 1-877-262-8291 for this service. UPS orders placed after 10AM Pacific time on Saturday or all day Sunday will not be able to be shipped until Monday, as UPS does not pick up on weekends.
International shipping:
Yes, we can ship most of our items to international addresses. International orders must have the correct billing address for the credit card, and ship to the same country from which the credit card is issued. We can also ship orders upon receipt of an international money order in US Funds. Check here for more details.
